Going to work at Sagicor Property Services fills a large part of my life.  It provides me with a truly satisfied feeling of doing great work that I know will contribute to the Group’s success. And you know the only way to do great work is to love what you do.  I love working in the Property Managment Industry; no two days are the same and they all come with a mixture of challenges and demands, but best of all it’s the rewarding feeling I receive when tasks are accomplished every day.


My BEYOND GOLD MOMENT at Sagicor was greatly amplified with the emergence of the Covid -19 Pandemic.  At the onset Purposefully Planning was decisive , as information and safety tips on the virus were disseminated very early and frequently to staff.  This enabled us to maintain a positive outlook and be prepared to deal with the challenges to come, while providing quality client experiences.  This signaled to me that there was a feeling of care and trust from the company, and I embraced the thought that my wellbeing was at the forefront of their planning.  Positive Preparation was shortly set in motion as restrictions and distancing protocols were enacted, personal protective gears were provided, increase sanitation, etc. which showed that Sagicor is a good place to work in and out of a crises.  In response we all Executed with Excellence!!  There was business continuity with limited staff in office and those who worked from home still maintained our customer focus.  Our collective actions resulted in satisfied clients, motivated staff, commendations and aspiration from others… and I felt Golden!  


My commendations to Sagicor for maintaining a reputation of care and trust that is laudable as it make me proud to be associated with the Brand over the years.
