My journey began with Confederation Life in September 1976 and a few months later the portfolio was acquired by Life of Jamaica.
I qualified for the Million Dollar Round Table in 1977 and has since qualified 34 years. Memebership in the million dollar round table include Life member, Honor Roll member and quarter century member and Court of the Table
I was appointed unit manager and was the only female manager amongst 30 managers.
I attain my CLU qualification the only female in that year among 15 men.
My time at Sagicor has been rewarding, fulfilling and successful. Sagicor has helped me to reach my goals of owning real estate and several motor cars.
The reasons why I feel valued as a team member is I continue to raise the standard for success and members use my success to develop their own roadmap to become successful. I have been described as a walking enclopeadia because of my wealth of information on all aspects of the career.
Team members can rely on me for motivation, advice and problem solving.
My special moment at life of Jamaica was to qualify as female champion athlete and sportswoman of the year. I am still an active member on the netball team.
I was the first to qualify for the quartercentury status of the million dollar round table.
The Million dollar round table appointed me as zone chairman for Jamaica.
In 2015 I was presented with a citation at the annual motivating seminar recognizing and honouring me for an outstanding life insurance career.
Other special moments are top agent for corporate circle branch, qualifying for 7 conventions, qualify for 11 consecutive years of the executive club and life and qualifying member of the Pretigious Production club, and century club.
